Got inside fast, and the security line actually moved along well, which was a nice little shock considering how these things usually go

I don’t know, the show for me was a bit disappointing. The performers seemed kind of off, and the sound was messy in a way that made it hard to really get into it. I expected way better, honestly

I went to a show through Kentucky Performing Arts and had a good experience. The lines moved quicker than I expected, and the staff were helpful about pointing people in the right direction without making everything feel chaotic.

The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was the parking situation and trying to get out afterward, which got a little messy. But with a big event, that’s kind of expected, right? The seats were easy to find, and everything seemed to run mostly on time

I went to a concert here the sound was really solid. I was sitting farther back but could still hear the vocals clearly, which was nice. There was a bit of echo here and there, but it didn’t really take away from it. Overall, really nice venue and I’d definitely go again

I kept seeing the same types of shows pop up over and over again. I was hoping for a lot more choices, but what a joke. It gets boring fast when everything feels the same.

I found the tickets I needed really quickly, and the whole process was smooth with no problems. Definitely happy with how easy the site was to use.

I bought tickets on Kentucky Performing Arts for an upcoming show, and overall it was easy to figure out.
The seat map loaded fine and checkout made sense, but umm, a couple of the pages were slower than I expected. I also had to look over the fees again before I hit pay, just to make sure everything looked right.

The confirmation email came through right away, so there weren’t any real issues. I’d use it again, I just wish the process felt a tiny bit smoother.

Between the ticket price, extra fees, parking, and even snacks, it starts to feel like you’re getting squeezed from every direction. My seats weren’t cheap either, but they still felt average. I might go back, but probably only if I can find a serious discount.

I bought these seats thinking the view would be decent, but we could barely see half the stage (which was super frustrating once the show started). It felt like we paid way too much for what we actually got. Definitely left feeling ripped off.

Just really off-putting, and I didn’t enjoy being there

Prices were about what you’d expect for a venue, not cheap, but not totally ridiculous either. The staff was friendly too, which just made the whole night feel easy.

I called the box office about an issue with my tickets, and they were so nice it was almost shocking. They fixed everything super fast and didn’t make me feel ridiculous for asking questions, which I really appreciated. It went from a mini ticket crisis to totally handled in minutes. Really great service.

I was expecting a different vibe, but the place felt a little dull and not super welcoming. The lighting was kind of off too, which made the whole atmosphere feel strange. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but I left feeling like it just wasn’t a place I’d be excited to go back to
